Q. Does your process generate dust?
A. All of our equipment is fitted with dust suppressing attachments however; sensitive equipment should be covered as an extra precaution
Q. We only have the two day weekend to complete our project, can you deliver?
A. Our crews will always work around your schedule, nights, weekends and shutdowns in order to get the job done on time, to your satisfaction.
Q. What is the thickness of the material you will be installing?
A. Because each floor is different, i.e. traffic, chemical exposure, etc., we take each client’s particular needs into consideration and provide a floor recommendation that is specific to those needs.
Q. What is the size of your crew doing this work?
A. Your schedule is of the utmost importance to us, therefore each project is staffed according to your particular needs.
Q. What is the standard warranty on your products?
A. Twelve months. If problems arise they are usually detected right away.
Q. How long do we have to wait before using the area that will be coated?
A. We can install systems ready to return to service in as little as 4 hours, up to 48 hours. This is in direct correlation to the design criteria for your specific project.
Q. How will you be preparing the substrate?
A. Your specific floor and the system we install will dictate the type of surface preparation required. However, in most cases, we use steel shot blast which removes the worn, softened top layer of concrete and contaminates in order to produce a good anchor profile to which the new system can adhere. We utilize other methods as well including scarification and diamond grinding.
Q. Can our employees operate while you are working?
A. In many cases they can. We will make every effort to minimize interruption to your work flow.
